Grant guidelines
The Kistler-Tiffany Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations who service our two priority audiences: Physically and Mentally Challenged & Underprivileged and Abused. Organizations submitting proposals for consideration must qualify for 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. Photographs and/or video materials of your project or organization are certainly helpful, but not required. In some situations, a Foundation representative may also visit your organization to review your proposal in more detail.
Though we would love to help everyone, the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation generally does not fund:
- For-profit organizations
- Political organizations or activities
- Capital or building campaigns
- Meetings, conferences, or workshops
- Sports teams or athletic competitions
- Fundraising dinners, galas, and events
- An organization’s day-to-day operating costs
